I suggest that the first thing you do is be calm and get the reason or reasons why your son is not returning back to you. Is the reason a possible delay in itinerary or is it the fact that your minor son is not going to return due to your wife's desires.

If the no return is due to your wife's desires, then you need to immediately consult with a family law attorney to see what your legal recourse is.
