What to do if my family sold our business 2 years ago but have received little in the form of payment from the one who purchased it?
They ignore our calls and are never “in” when we visit them personally. The amount owed us is just shy of 200k. What can we do to get the purchaser to uphold the sale and pay us what we both agreed upon?

it sounds like they are ignoring you so you need to show you mean business. hire a lawyer to write a demand letter and see if that gets them to talk. if not , have the lawyer file a lawsuit to collect .
