If my deceased father left me as sole beneficuary to his bank account, is my sister legally entitled to half or is all the money mine?

He had no Will.

If your and your father's names are on the bank account or if yours alone is on it as a beneficiary then it would appear that under the laws of all states in this country that upon your father's passing your alone are entitled to this bank account and not your sister. It appears to be a payable on death account from what you have written.
