If my husband filed for divorce in a state in which I have never lived in, do they have jurisdiction over me?
My husband wants me to pay him money after he left me. I can’t afford to fly out there on the court date so they will most likely rule in his favor.

The court will have jurisdiction over you if you were properly served with the paperwork, and it sounds as if you may have been. I would strongly suggest that you hire an attorney in the area to at least help you put in an answer and to not default in the matter. Otherwise you are stuck with the orders that the court will make. Good luck.
