If my ex takes me to court for visitation, can I get it supervised if he tried to commit suicide last year?

He had to enter a week long psychiatric program when discharged from the hospital. He currently still sees a therapist once a month.

You can ask the court for supervised visitation in which a third party would be present wihen your ex has visitation with your children.  You have a strong argument for requesting supervised visitation for the safety of your children considering the suicide attempt and continued treatment with the therapist.
