What to do if I have a storage unit that has been damaged for a year as a result of leaks in another owner’s condo?
Our property manager has promised me a new one, for over a year now, but always states that “She has to meet with the board”. There is now black mold growing throughout the unit. What legal options do I have to force her to do something other than ignore my emails and phone calls?

I suggest that in order to get some "movement" with the HOA as to your problem that you write the HOA demanding that your storage unit get fixed by a certain date and if not, then you will retain a real estate attorney to act on your behalf to get the repairs completed. Keep a copy of the letter for future use and need.
