What can I do if I believe I was fired wrongfully?
I went to work and worked for an hour. We were told that if we left the building for lunch to clock out. So I did but my boss said I was on his time, however I have proof that I was clocked out. I got back and clocked back in and worked until my 8 hours were up. I did not take another break.

Most employment is what is known as "at will". This means that a company can set the condtions of employment much as it sees fit (absent some form of legally actionable discrimination). Therefore, a worker can be fired for any reason or no reason at all, with or without notice. Accordingly, unless yout termination violated the terms of an employment contract or union agreement, you have no claim here.
