Deduction re security deposit
Did walk thru w/tenants. Have to replace 3 bedroom doors. Aside from doors and installation, can I deduct for doorknobs, hinges and painting of doors?

Yes you may deduct for these if you need to replace the hinges, have to paint to get it back to what it was before the tenants moved in (i.e., back to prior condition) and doorknobs if the doorknobs were damaged and you cannot install them in the new doors.
