Can my prepaid card be levied because I have ajJudgement against me from a credit card collection agency?
I have taken my name off the bank accounts and I am receiving a paper payroll check from my employer. After I cash the check and put the cash on a the pre-card that can be refilled, can the collection agency get to that card? I want to use the card to pay my bills.
