Can a warrant be remove after twenty years?
A person got arrested in PA because police said he
have a warrant in NY. He have two active warrant
and its from 20 years ago. What can we do?

Warrants do not expire. Your friend is going to have to go back to the court that issued them and appear before a judge. He will then have toa deal both with the outstanding warrants and the underlying charges. At this point, he should consult directly with an attorney who practices criminal law in the area of where the court is located. They can then best use their local court contacts to your friend's best advantage.
