Do I stand any chance in getting my previous employer to reimburse me the last work expenses, if I requested them on over 6 months ago?
I left my sales job on 10/5/08, & I was supposed to send in my last expense rpt by the last week in October, if I didn’t, I’d have to wait to the following month to get paid. I sent in my rpt to my ex-boss on 11/25/08, & as of today, 5/25/09, I have not received payment yet. My ex-boss is ignoring my e-mails and phone calls; I haven’t been more aggressive bcs we had a good relationship & trusted in her good ethics, but that has gotten me nowhere. If decide to pursue legal action, would I even stand a chance in getting them to pay me the $850 they owe me?

Sure, if you could sue in small claims court, and you had a right to be reimbursed, and you had proof of the expenses, you'd likely recover. It may create a problem with future references, but it's your call.
