I am so sorry for your loss. It really depends on other facts about the situation as to what you can do. If the house is transferred to all the partie one of the partiens can try and bring an action for "partition" which asks the court to split the asset according to shares. But because the court an not split a home it orders it sold and then the proceeds sold. You should speak with ana ttorney in the area. Good luck.
