You can speak with an attorney in your area as to divorcing in Mexico and what you would have to do to serve your spouse, etc., in order for the divorce to be valid.  Or your spouse can file in the US and have you served in Mexico.  If you agree to the divorce then you can consent to the jurisdiction of either country or file waivers.  Get help.  Good luck.
