Assuming there is a child support order in place where you receive its benefit then you have the following options as to non-payment:
1. contact the person who is under the order seeking payment voluntary;
2. if that does not happen, then you should consult with a family law attorney about filing a petition with the court seeking that an order to show cause for a contempt of a court order for child support payments be issued.
