What do I do next
I recently received a letter of probable cause from ERD in a discrimination complaint due to relating my criminal histroy to job requirements in state of WI. I then sent a letter to company to resolve issue but it was not certified so there is a slight chance they didn’t receive it, but I doubt it. I am still waiting for the ALJ hearing date …should I send another letter? get a lawyer and try to set up a mediation? or just wait for hearing?
