Are you being sued or are you suing? Is someone representing you?  Is your insurance company or an insurance company involved?  What happened? In every case, lawyers need to show a certain amount of proof (the burden shifts) depending on the issues.  Bring documents, bills, proof of your damages if suing or proof there are little or no damages or defense if you are being sued.
