Send her a letter certified RRR requesting that she pick the ATVs up within 60 days.  Send a copy of the letter to her former attorney certified RRR and file a copy with proof of service at the County Clerk's office to show that you gave reasonable notice. Attach the two green cards. If she doesn't pick the ATVs up within that time, donate them to the Boy Scouts or another worthy group in your area.
