I am so sorry for your loss. If you Father had a Will then under the law you should have received a copy either with a Citation noticing the Petition to be submitted to Probate Court (and appointing the Executor) or a copy of the WIll along with a Waiver allowing the Executor to be appointed and waiving service of other documents. You can always check the probate court and see if anything was filed. It is a public record. But you may want to hire an attorney and have them send a letter on you and your siblings behalf.
