What to do if the payroll company has not been sending in 401k contributions?
We recently discovered that our payroll company has not been sending employee contributions or employer match into our 401k administrator. What’s the best way to solve this problem?

The best way to try and resolve the issue with respect to the payroll company not sending in the employee's 401 k contributions is to have a meeting with the trustee of the 401 k plan at work to discuss the situation with a representative of the payroll company.
