If my grandpa has passed away, could we track down his Will?

My grandpa has passed away and my dad and uncle say there is no Will, however I saw it awhile back. Is there anyway to track it down?

I am so sorry for your loss.  So if it was not regsitered (filed) in the probate court then it may be difficult to track down.  Did your Grandfather have a lawyer he would have used?  Maybe check with attorneys close to where he lived.  It sounds as if your Dad and Uncle want the matter to be decided in probate under the intestacy statute (used when there is no Will) which would likely require it all goes to them.  Wills require witnesses.  Perhaps do you recall who witnessed the Will?  That could be a lead. Good luck.
