If my ex and I own a home together and he moved someone in that I don’t approve of, how do I get them out?
I own a home with mine and my ex-boyfriend’s name on the deed. I lived in the home for 2 years and he had moved out after the first 4 months. I assumed all responsibility of the house and of all the bills. He remained on the deed and mortgage due to the housing tax credit. Our plan was to sell the house after the 3 years had passed. We stayed friends and after 2 years, a 3 month job came up and I needed someone to look after the house while I was gone. Since then things have gone very bad. He changed the locks moved around my belongings and moved someone in that I don’t want. What can I do?
