What to do with my ex-husband’s things?

My divorce was granted about 1 1/2 years ago and my ex still has stuff on my property; it is parts to build a shed with. Can I go ahead and put up the building? I would gladly give the rifles to his one son that doesn’t have a felony against him but don’t know where he is either.

You can do whatever you want with the items at this point but I would recommend you send a certified letter to him giving him one more opportunity to remove the items before they get discarded. Additionally, you could consider taking out a rental unit in his name and placing the items in that unit. Provide him with the name and location of the unit so that he has the option of going there and paying the rental fee to retain the property. If he does not retain the property and pay the fee, the rental place will take the items and discard them. At least you all done everything you could to resolve the issue for him.
