If my 2 sisters and I are executors of my late mother’s Will and 1 sister has taken all her diamond rings and given things away, what do we need to do?

There were 2 full houses and jewelery.

I am so sorry for your loss and the situation.  Do you meant hat she has in some way "dissipated" estate assets and "breached" her fiduciary duty?  Then you can go after her and go after the assets to have them be part of the estate.  But the line is very thin.  Seek help.  Good luck.
