I heard that the person who laid me off said they were going to get rid of all the people with an accent, See Enshlish is my Second language but I have manage to be undersood by everyone since I started working almost 5 years ago, my coworker still there she only has an american accent and she has being there not even a year , They told me that the company is not making it but she did not make a lot less than I did ,another thing I just realized I just told him about a week or 2 before he laid me off that I migh be getting Carpal Tunnel, becuase he seen me with a brace and he asked me
