is my employer responsible for my car being flooded in their parking lot while I was at work?
My car was flooded while I was at work doing my job. I have over $10,000 worth of damage to my vehicle and they say they are not liable for it. Are they liable for anything because I was on the job my brand new vehicle has been totaled out and they have no responsibility for any of it?

As a general rule, employers are not liable for damage done to an employee's car while parked in the company lot anbsent negligence on the employer's part. Based on the limited facts presened, there appears to be no such negligence in this case.
