Is it legal to have sex with someone without telling them that you have an STD?
A month or so ago, my ex boyfriend told me that he has had herpes since he was 19. He informed me that he had been with several people and none of them ever got. Well, I went to the doctor last week and had lab work done and found out
that I did in fact have herpes.

In the state of Virginai it is a crime for a person who knows they have an STD to expose another to infection. That generally applied to HIV and AIDS. However, that person could possibly be charged with Malicious or Unlawful Wounding. Get help. Good luck.
