Will I be compensated for being hurt in this wreck
I was a passenger in a vehicle that hit a deer. My tooth was knocked out and I have soft tissue damage to my neck. I’ve filed the claim with progressive, will I be compensated for my neck and tooth and will I receive pain and suffering?

Compensation for your medical bills is straight reimbursement. Compensation for pain and suffering is an amount in addition to the medical bills which is determined by the medical reports that document your injury and medical treatment. Compensation for wage loss is straight reimbursement.
