If someone is riding on a ATV with you, are you responsible for a injury if no wreck was involved?

41 year old lady was riding on my ATV
with me, we hit a bump her right foot
came off of the foot pegs the back
tire caught her by the leg and ran over
her foot breaking her ankle. This

Since you are the owner of the ATV, you are liable for the passenger's injuries. The landowner is also liable for the passenger's injuries.
The passenger's personal injury claim against you and the landowner will include her medical bills, pain and suffering which is an amount in addition to the medical bills, and wage loss.
