If I’m offered a job but I am unable to complete my urine test, are they allowed to take the job offer back?
I went in to take a urine test for a retail chain. I was however unable to provide a sample. When the technichian called the retail chain to inform them of the situation, they told her they couldn’t issue me another form and that they would no longer hire me.

If you were offered the job but were told that you had to complete a urine test, then the job offer was conditioned on the test. If you did not or could not complete the test, the employer would not be obligated to provide you the job, since you did not complere a condition precedent to being given it.
