I would like to know if I am entitled to a copy of my mother’s trust, if she passed away 2 years ago?
I am listed as a beneficiary as well as a co-trustee if my stepfather should pass away.

Yes you are entitled to a copy of your mother's trust especially as you are a co-trustee and beneficiary; make a written demand upon the person who is holding the original, as you are a beneficiary. You may need the assistance of a probate lawyer to make a written demand. don't delay as you may have other rights by the terms of the trust.
