If you have a judgment against your deceased neighbor and assuming she has a probate filed with respect to her estate, you can then lien the probate proceeding to get your judgment paid. Since you have a lien on her home, most likely the home will be sold and you will receive from escrow the amount of your judgment, accrued interest and any allowed costs.
