File against ALL the other drivers and car owners (if the driver is not the car owner, both may be liable, if the owner gave permission to or authorized the driver to take the car): one or more of them are likely liable, possibly to varying degrees, for your damage and/or injury, and it's not your job to figure out which of them was responsible, particularly at this juncture. Claim against all, and let them and their insurers try to work it out. The more you claim against, the greater the likelihood of recovering compensation.
