If I was in a motorcycle and was injured, can I file my losses under the bodily injury portion of my policy?

I have bodily injury liability on my policy; I don’t have PIP or medical pay.

I'm assuming you were the operator and you are in New York.  You cannot file a claim against yourself.  If there is a responsible party you would have a case that may be worth pursuing.  Speak with qualified counsel directly.  Good luck.
