How can I get my pay I earned that is being withheld due to manager lying about my termination?

I recently left a company after being pushed out and the manager lied about my termination and now the company is refusing to pay me my vacation pay I had left about 72 hours. This is after being harassed and treated like shit for the last several months there by the manager and he didn’t allow me to take my vacation before I left.

In your state (OH) earned but unused vacation belongs to the employee unless and must be paid when employment ends--whether it was a termination or a resignation, or the reason for it--unless the employer had a written policy in place that unusued vacation is not paid at employment's end. So if there was no such written policy, if they will not pay you vacation days, you could sue them (e.g. in small claims court, as your own attorney or "pro se," to save on legal costs) for the money.
