She put her current boyfriend down and he didn’t fight it. Can I file for a DNA test?

ALthough it is best to ask the procedure of an attorney in your state, I am fairly sure that Pennsylvania allows you to file a Petition to Establish Paternity in the Family court. You would bring the action and then request a DNA test. Good luck.
