What to do if I paid a mobile home off 2 years ago but the company will not get me a title?

I do owe money for lot rent \;they want me to move. I lost a sale not having a title. Its been 2 years waiting for a title. What rights do I have ? Also, they gave out a copy of my lease to someone not on the lease. Is this legal?

If you in fact paid off the loan for the mobile home that you own and title has yet to be given to you, you need to consult with a consumer law attorney as to what your legal recourse is.

Under the laws of all states in this country a lender is required to provide the owner of an item title to the thing paid off in full within a reasonable time period after the request is made.
