if you are a minor, she may not be able to make you leave--various laws about a parent's obligations to his/her children come into play. However, if you are an adult who is not paying rent and does not have a lease, then you are simply a guest of your mother. Guests may only remain as long as the homeowner or the tenant allows them to; the homowner or the actual tenant (your mother) may withdraw that permission at will and ask you leave at any time. Hence she does not have to give you any notice.
