If I just found out that I have a child support bench warrent from a year ago, what should I do?

A bench warrant is a crimina matter. Accordingly, you should consult with an attorney in the area in which the warrant was issued ASAP. This is nothing to fool with. Warrants do not expire and if you are picked up you can face jail time. Additionally, this will show upaon an employment background check, etc.
