If you have been living in a home where title is in the name of your father and not you or your wife and your father wants you and your family to vacate, under the laws of all states in this country he is required to give you at least thirty (30) days written notice of the termination of your lease to give you an opportunity to pack up and find new lodging.

Since the living situation has changed, you should start looking for a new place to live, however, you need at least thirty (30) days written notice to be forced to legally move.
