I had a Chapter 7 bankruptcy discharged last year, can a medical collector not associated with the bankruptcy, take an exempt car from me?
I got sick after the discharge and went into the hospital and have a new medical bill of a balance of $2950 that I am paying $5 per month on.

If the debt was incurred after the date of filing of the petition, the creditor is not bound by the discharge given to you at the cinclusion of the proceedings. Unless a creditor is put on noice of the bankruptcy, the code does not apply. The payment plan you have worked OUT, ASSUMING NO INTERST, SOUNDS GRAT. cOMPLY WITH THE OBLIGATION
