How can I find out from a credit card company if I am a co-signer or an authorized user without giving them my personal information?

By requesting a validation ofthe debt, which will require them to forward you a copy of the original contract for the credit card.   When you say "personal information" I am assuming that you mean your social security number, etc.  You are going to have to provide at least the account number and an address to send the information.  Send the letter by certified mail.  Good luck.
