What can happen to me if I got a ticket for hit and run?

It was an accident but I have to go to court. No one was injured and there was no major damage. I had insurance.

It is my understanding that Washington State has some very strict laws with regard to leaving the scene of an accident (or hit and run as you call it).  I would not go to court with out an attorney to represent you. It is a criminal offense to leave the scene carrying a penalty of 0-90 days in jail and a fine of 0-$1000.  Get help.  Good luck.
