How do you obtain a divorce from a spouse who is incarcerated?
Husband is in jail for 3-7 years for numerous criminal offenses. Not asking for anything other than a legal divorce – no alimony, child support or any other monetary settlements.

Yes, of course you can. The law is not going to make you stay married to some one because they are in jail In fact, it is easier to serve them with divorce papers as you know where they are. But it could be more difficult if he opposes the matter just procedurally. Get legal help. Good luck.
