How do I go about getting a tow hearing?
My car was illegally towed last week; the tow company claimed to have stickered my car. I have an eyewitness who says it was not. Additionally, the company was told to suspend all towing in the townhome community that I live in due to the improper signs in the neighborhood, however it still towed my car. I want a tow hearing to get my money back. How do I do so?

You would sue the towing company: file a lawsuit, such as in small claims court. You can bring whatever causes of action seem to fit the circumstances, including for various kinds of theft or extortion, for taking your property unlawfully and forcing you to spend money to recover it.
