If you know where the county and state of the possible issued warrant for your arrest is, you either hire someone to go down to the courthouse to do a search of any matter against you or you go yourself.

Possibly the courthouse where you believe that a warrant for your arrest was issued may have matters on a computer system where you can locate the file number of the possible action against you and based upon the file number, you can ask the court clerk to retrieve the file for your review. By reviewing the file, you would be able to see the status of any proceeding against you.
