if I owned a house prior to marriage, does my wife have any rights to it?
I have a house with 50k mortgage an 100k equity. It has always solely in my name and acquired before marriage. My wife has never lived in nor contributed to the house. Has she got a claim on this property which is where I currently reside and is home to our 3 kids at the weekends?

No, property owned pre-marriage, where the spouse is not on the deed or title, and which the spouse never helped paid for will be solely your property and she would not have a legal claim to it. Only things acquired during marriage, with money from her, or where is on the title are things she should have a claim to.
