Can I be arrested after the fact?
I was involved in a domestic dispute. Cops were called on me but they ended up arresting the caller because they were at fault and not me. A couple weeks later I was arrested because the person that was at fault and arrested decided to press charges on me. It doesn’t make sense.

Under the laws of all states in this country if there is probable cause, a person can be arrested well after the fact of an incident such as the one you have written about assuming the district attorney's office decides to file a complaint. Given the situaiton that you are in, I suggest that you immediately consult with a criminal defense attorney to strategize as to the best way to try and resolve the charge against you.
