Am filing a complaint online, I was asked what the ‘ case title’ . What
is the case title of complaint?

The case title is the name of the case which identifies the parties; for example, Jones v. Smith.
The plaintiff in this example is Jones.  The defendant is Smith.
You are the plaintiff because you are the party filing the lawsuit (complaint).  The party you are suing is the defendant.
The title of the case always lists the plaintiff's name first and then the defendant's name.
