If the police raided my moile home and found my boyfriend’s drugs, what can happen to me?

My mobile home was drug raided today. In my boyfriend’s bedroom they found drugs. They are not mine. I knew nothing about what was in his bedroom. My bedroom is at the other end of the mobile home. They found nothing in my room or my daughter’s room. They did however arrest him on the drug charges. Are they going to come back and arrest me and my 16 year old daughter?

Whether you or your daughter will be arrested and/or charged depends on whether there is cause to believe that you were involved in the possession, use, etc. of drugs. If someone who may have knowledge, such as your boyfriend, testifies or claims they were your drugs in whole or in part, or you helped buy them or would participate in selling them, for example, you could be arrested or charged.
