I very much doubt that you could ever make a completely anonymous bid to buy a piece of real estate, because that's ordinarily done by having a form of contract prepared, complete with the buyer's name and address and signature. At least in theory, you could hide the "real" buyer's identity in a few different ways, but each one has expenses and risks involved.
